Pool Rules & Info

The Morgan’s Landing pool is open Tuesday – Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for residents and their guests. It is closed on Mondays for maintenance. Please note there are no lifeguards on duty—swimming is at your own risk. For your safety and convenience, an emergency phone and defibrillator (AED) are located on-site, and water fountains and restrooms are available in the adjacent hallway.

Pool Rules

• Pool is for residents and their guests only.

• Key card access is required; please do not share your card.

• Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

• No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.

• Proper swimwear is required.

• No diving, running, or horseplay.

• Exit the pool for at least 30 minutes after thunder or lightning.

• Be considerate of others with respectful language and behavior.

• No glass containers, food, or alcohol in the pool area.

• Gates are not to be propped open for any reason, and are to be kept closed at all times.

• No changing diapers within 6 feet of the pool.

• Please avoid cocoa butter or heavy suntan oils, as they damage pool filters.

• Do not swim if you have had diarrhea within the past two weeks.

• Help keep the area clean – dispose of trash properly.

• When you leave the pool area be sure to close your umbrella and tie it up to prevent wind damage.

• If you see unattended umbrellas still up, do us all a favor and close it and tie it up.

• The white pool lounging chairs are for lounging only and are not flotation devices to be used in the pool itself.
