Hello neighbors!
So, I wanted to let everybody know having a lot of repairs done this week at the pool and green space area.
The entry sensor that is on the gate will be moved away from the gate. So you will need to have your card to enter the pool. The sensor will be on a standalone pole away from the gate.
2 of the pool pumps are out. A few of the pool lights inside the water are out. Electrical outlets/GFCI’s or being changed out. Two light fixtures in the Green Space area are being replaced. The women’s dryer in the women’s restroom is being replaced. There’s some painting going on and some pressure washing being done, along with other maintenance.
I wanted to let everybody know that we will open the pool April 1st instead of May 1st. That’s not an April fools joke! Next year we’re gonna open it March 1 in time for spring break. Plan on keeping the pool open moving forward from March 1 through October 31. Closed for four months from November 1 through end of February for pool maintenance.
The water may be cold, but we know some kids and family members would like to swim. Sterling will be putting out a email blast.
