Some notes from tonight’s HOA meeting.
The 2026 HOA due’s will remain the same at $1000!
This year I wanted to try something new! So this year you will have four months to pay your HOA dues. You can start to paying your 2026 dues starting next month November 2025. You’ll also have December, January, and February. You will have four months versus one. You can pay them $250×4. You could still pay them in one lump sum. Usually HOA payments are due at the end of January. This year you’ll have till February 28, 2026 before you incur late fees. I hope this helps people pay their dues instead of them have been due and one large payment at the end of January. Sterling should be sending out 2026 HOA assessment letters in the next week or two.
Also ordered the bottom trash cans for the doggie poop stations. Just waiting for them to be installed.
Also working electrical bids to get the string lights fixed in the green space area. Along with other electrical issues for the pool and the outlets around the pavilion.
One of the pumps and lake light is not working. We are working to get that fixed as well.
