Hello neighbors!
The HOA met with two Sterling representatives yesterday afternoon for a few hours. Below are issues we talked about and things we are working on for the neighborhood.
From now on the pool will be open May 1 till October 31. Pool hours will remain the same.
Sterling has someone who drives around the neighborhood one day a month and enforces the covenants, conditions, deed restrictions. If you receive a letter about your lawn, or your trashcan, They are friendly reminders/courtesy notices.
Boats and RV’s have maximum of 48 hours on a home site.
We are working on getting more benches installed around the walking trail.
We are also currently working on getting the FLOCK cameras installed at the main entrance/exit
Bike rack at the pool and at the park.
Trashcan attachments for the dog waste stations.
Community garage sales can be twice a year, one in the spring and one in the fall.
There are some pool, and electrical issues that we are working to fix.
50K in delinquency HOA dues for 2025.
Currently working on quotes for the security cameras around the pool area
Financials are posted on the Sterling portal monthly.
