Hello neighbors!
Wanted to let everybody know both water fountains in the will be fixed soon. One of the motors was burned out because of fishing line. So I wanted to remind everybody be careful when fishing. Don’t throw your line too close to the fountains.
Also, I went up to the pool and talked with the pool guy. He showed me that the pool has a new pump up and running. I know it doesn’t mean much now, but next year it’ll keep the pool a lot cleaner. It means a lot less chemicals to clean and shock the pool.
Also, the other fountains in the pool are working on both sides. We are going to get a couple more of those pool loungers for the other side of the pool for next summer. So be looking out for those.
I’m sure everybody seen the string lights working. That should also be another plus for future parties.
Lastly, if you see anybody rearranging the tables at the Green space, please say something. Tell them to put them back the way they’re supposed to be.

My family just moved into the neighborhood on the 3rd of March. How do we get access to the common areas (pool, workout room, dog park, etc)?
