Bay Area Blvd Future Development
This pertains to the currently undeveloped land east of Bay Area Blvd across from Morgan’s Landing, how it was originally zoned, how that zoning has been “relaxed” in reserves 1 & 2 and what options we have as homeowners.
I bring this to everyone’s attention as what we as home buyers were originally told about the future planned use for this property has already been relaxed and who says the LaPorte Planning & Zoning Commission won’t vote to relax it again in the future.
