The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is the community’s design and review team. Its role is to review and approve homeowner requests for exterior changes—such as painting, fences, patios, landscaping, or additions—to ensure they comply with the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and design guidelines. By maintaining a cohesive look throughout the neighborhood, the ARC helps protect property values and preserve the community’s overall character. The committee also provides guidance, recommends updates to design standards as needed, and works with homeowners to ensure improvements enhance both individual properties and the community as a whole.
